I know my stock had debt because they filed Chap. 11

about a yr. ago. Their petition detailed debt owed for accountants, phone bills, the transfer agent, Edgar, Marketwire, attorneys, private loans, etc... One guy is owed $100K for a loan.

Debt was $1.16M.
