The SEC is not big on helping companies to clean up their acts. Not to mention addition by subtraction is no way to do business and again, wouldn't you want to sue a management team that did something illegal and dragged the share price down in order to move forward?? What about the people who sold today? Do you think they might? Just not the way business is done.
