Probably when the completed P2O processor

belches out its first successful batch! They (the verifying 3rd party employees) are working simultaneously with assembly crew, & the output has already been tested independently.

Plus JB has his own testing equipment to check that it is spot on standards/specs.

So first batch should be ready for pick up by refiner & verifier can say, "Yup, saw the truck drive off with P2O output with my very own eyes!"
