DonD: You say the following to rayfer22: "Am I defending the company? No. However, when someone starts out a statement with some indication that they have a source that is offering a bit of hope that this will finely have a positive outcome and then offers 5 x's the space to reasons why everyone should doubt that it will..."
You make some excellent points and most of your post is balanced. But the tone of it bothers me. This investment is not hard science. Our involvement with it, in many cases, is time-consuming and annoying and has not turned out as we expected. Many like myself are exactly in the same place that rayfer22 finds himself: hearing some things that suggest great possibilities on the horizon, yet also thinking about the many red flags (I won't mention them here). :)
For many of us our thoughts about this pink sheet are MIXED. If you wonder why someone is "here" and are implying that they should sell and move on, you are failing to acknowledge the layers of ambiguity, the lack of clarity that is associated with this particular pink sheet. Most of us are "here" because we are stuck. Being stuck, we search for clues that suggest this is investment that will ultimately pan out (to use a mining term, since Jackrix says I know nothing about mining), but also for clues that this is a long-running scam, or a semi-scam, or a terribly mixed combination of stunningly good possibilities with secretly-negotiated and back-office dealings that undercut the likelihood of success or that suggest that some will profit perhaps from a JV but it won't be us shareholders.
I am here because I am stuck and still I cannot get the story straight, and the very best DD still does not seem to come up with a clear picture!
