rayfer22, It is possible that when I read your post I was struck by the last four words more than the entire post. " We will soon know. IMO, if this doesn't happen by Jan. 2010, it ain't gonna happen." For a long time I have been reading some here saying the same words and they are still here and still saying them. Except they, unlike you, have given up totally on ever having a JV and just show up to say, "It ain't gonna happen".
When I made my reply to you I finished it with, "If I do find that the negatives out weigh the positive, I will sell and leave and not set around here trying to undermine those positives that the remaining shareholders might continue to find in their investment, as some others here continue to do." Originally I wrote it without the word others but in reading it before posting I felt that you might take it as a personal statement. I inserted the would "others" to indicate to you it was others I was referring to and not you. Sorry if I was not clear on that.
With what Kirk is posting on MP maybe we will have a few more positives to add to our list in the near future.
