The buying at the bottom that caused the PPS to rise was only due to someone knowing what was coming, no other way it could happen. That's what took the PPS to .11 and the reason for the continued buying on the dips.
Something good was coming which took the PPS from the bottom, PR's came. Something is still coming which has kept the PPS from going back to the bottom and caused a lot of buying pressure.
It seems, so far, most of the large buying pressure stopped at the end of Nov. Something is close to coming?
