does it really matter that the a/s was changed from 100 billion to 1 billion? the fact is a single person, the person who owns 125 shares of Series C preferred stock, can change the share structure at any time

so it may be 1 billion for now, but it can be raised at any time without shareholder approval...well I suppose the single shareholder who holds all of the Series C stock with the super voting power needs to approve it

Redmoose, I only have webtv, no way to send pics. However, I will ask a friend if he will consider doing it for me.
The station is old but stands between a very large new Library and te modern post office, actually almost an eyesore right now. Plans are being drawn up to refurbish and get it into the evolution fuels motif....but of course the City will have to approve the plans which should be no problem (I hope anyway, they do have very strict planning dept here, real estate extremely high for this area)....anyway, have fun yall!
