Penny. I believe Universal trader was thinking of REVERSE SPLIT when he typed reverse merger. Reverse merger is like what Kelly Company ( private) is doing with Care Decision
( CDED.OB) and, as you stated, to become listed themselves without the expense and time delay.

The answer to your question is a "PRIVATE" company would be interested in absorbing into the current company.
I'm not saying this is a fact with CTKH, just a possiblility.
But good work in posting the definition.
