In most of their past PR's, they mentioned L3 BY NAME. Suddenly, the PR's contain NO names - just reference to defense contractors.

I'm sure that L3 had a little talk with SNSR and specifically told them they DID NOT have permission to use their name.

I admit I haven't checked....but is thier logo still on one of SNSR's webpage, as it was before?

Squirt...yes they could have purchased the shares on the open market for .08, and therefore the company would NOT have received any funds to go forward....it just goes to traders.

I kind of thought this was obvious.

It is interesting and noteworthy that they paid a premium to market, and also noteworthy is the consistency and ability for the company to raise funds at the same .105 price as was done way back in Feb. 2008....particularly given the economic environ currently.

That fact has not escaped its importance to me.
