Shareholders have the chance to vote for or against a reverse split through the following options: 10 to 1, 20 to 1, 50 to 1, 100 to 1, 500 to 1, 1000 to 1, or no reverse split. Due to late delivery, the proxy deadline has been extended to Jan. 4, 2010.

Personally, I vote no reverse split. If LGTT can't make it by now, then the market isn't going to support their services anyway. A free market would say let the company die. Heck, right now, who(m)ever is buying the shares is probably the only thing keeping it open; the products obviously are not.
