I'm glad you mentioned that. That is a true statement they have not PR'd anything to my knowledge.
Hopefully they will PR something saying that they are lowering the A/S. If they do not then this could very well be a rinse and repeat. Hopefully Not.

Yes but is it true that they must make a SEC filing for the new issues up to 100 bil and not file the R/S to include reducing the old A/S?
