There's zero chance of a share buyback right now since they are still diluting. (another 10M shares this month.)

There are posters on the YMB who are buddies with Joe. If there is something brewing, they seem to catch wind of it ahead of most everyone else. I don't think the details of the [alleged] upcoming news was discussed (that would be illegal).

I'll hazard a guess that if there's news it will be something like "The audit is almost done.", or "We're going to meet again with the FDA someday soon!". Given that major news tends to leak, I don't think the news is going to be earth shaking considering the hit we took today.
