I thought only 1 truck load of concentrate had been shipped??

Also this PR contradicts the rumour......

http://wuccompany.com/prs/CPRK-PR-sept30-1.pdf

If this PR turned out to be false and only 1 truck load had been shipped, then im sure CPRK could be facing a number of lawsuits.

do you know if cprk factor shippment, smelting, and treatment into the price of a ton of concentrate?...25% is still too high. i think they stated that 1 ton is value at 50 K which is really low. also, does the PN lawsuit need to be resolved for us to get lt financing? thanks.

I have a question, If the copper concentrate is appr. 35% copper, wouldn't the actual value be appr. 40% of the weight of the shipment? With the gold content and the silver and the 35% copper content? I guess I might be missing something, but I thought everyone knew the copper percentages had to be above at least 28% and cprks were closer to 35%. Just my opinion and I know I'm probably way off the mark? Each truck load of 25 ton's should be appr. 9 tons of copper?
