i apologize for my mis-wording of the 25%, basically out of the 100% in a shipment, roughly 25% is wrote off for freight, treatment, and smelting of the CuCon.

does that mean their con is no good according to the smelter standard or are they shipping concentrate that is less than 20-25 % copper?
