I think your strategy is sound. I don't know if this stock will dip below .004 again. It may, but it's practically impossible to predict. If you're a firm believer in this company (I am still on the fence) then now is a good time to buy if you're scared of missing the next run up. But I see the price slipping perhaps to the low .004's before that. The news about the lab is old news, so the price isn't going to run up to .05 on that. We be lucky to see .02 and only if MM's get involved and there are over a billion shares traded daily for a few days like the last big run up. My guess, is it may run up to .015 on the next pump and dump. And I'm not convinced it will maintain above a penny after that.
