I think that 2009-11-27 is actually the filing date and the transaction date is in the next column to the right which is 2009-09-30 or in the month of September.



According to the links you provided - Investment Co of America sold out most of their WAMUQ shares in December 2008 - most likely for tax purposes - and for the first time since then added 24,571,428 (2149.99%) on 2009-09-30 or in the month of September.



Also in the links you provided - American Funds Insurance Series, which holds millions of WAMUQ shares, sold quite a lot of their JPM shares on 2009-09-30 or in the month of September 2009. I don't know what this indicates except maybe an anticipation of price loss if JPM loses the lawsuit.
