Maynard... Near as I can tell...

The reference is to the TOOLS package being TPM 1.3.1... not to a TPM styled 1.3.1.

Tools aren't the TPM.

It's an open source TSS working on the 1.1 specification. OpenTC is using this stack. Compareable to IFX TSS and NTRU TSS, but way behind.....
