FedEx Express and FedEx Ground: FedEx Express hires "OWNER OPPERATORS" to deliver the ground shipments, so basicly courier X must have sent your pakage to the USPS not FedEx. They do this to keep prices low for non express shipments. I think this is bad for FedEx because it has the name brand that customers love and service they expect.. Until they can use their Express drivers to deliver ground shipments, this may continue to be an issue. I do feel that FDX loves and takes great care of the investors.
