!!!! CORRECTION Bucfan HRCT will file a week EARLY most likely on NOV 8. And David Chen will be the CEO of FTL and they should get a listing before they are issued out to the HRCT shareholders along with more stock so the company can raise funds to help run the day to day operations.Why else do you go public, the stock given to HRCT shareholders does nothing for them finacially. I'm more interested in the date Nov 29 , could have big impact on SEC case.
