Dan - no that's not it. I haven't spoke to Dennis in over 6 weeks. In all honesty what was discussed was the business operations. He is holding up his end of the bargain there and is working on some other stuff behind the scenes.

I find it very frustrating because I believe the business plan is extremely good and very solid. Unfortunately, the only way to get it up and running was to raise short term capital. It becomes a chicken or the egg situation.

I've been in his shoes when I was trying to build my own company about 6 years ago. Although I wasn't public, I had to keep taking on more debt to continue to expand the operations. At that point I needed more operations to sustain the debt repayment. It can get to be a tough situation.

With no confirmation from the company, I suspected that they were diluting. The financials confirmed it for me. Read my post from a few weeks ago. I stated that the amount of trading activity was insanely high, but the price would not budge. It just seemed that was the case to me. Of course with too high of an O/S there is only a few possible outcomes. They price never moves or a R/S is needed.

I gave it enough time and saw my money was not working for me, so I decided it was time to move on.

I think in time this company will be successful. However, I just need to start making gains with my investment. I would rather invest in a large cap or an index fund if I want to just let it sit for 2 or more years. It is far less risky than doing that with penny stocks.

I wish everyone good luck.
