I m sorry I don't have an answer for that. I wish I did. There must be some sort of logic for the odd number. I would think that it will absolutely guarantee them a high enough pps to get it over the $0.10 mark they need to get to the highest tier on pinksheets. Otherwise you might as well have done a 1000-1 and automatically got the $0.10 price.
