Question to you guys (or gals) with more experience than me.
In this newsletter today they say:
"Meanwhile, the team is finishing work on filing the Company's annual 10-K report in the coming weeks. Plans are also underway for an investor conference call at 8 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, December 15th. We expect to have specifics on how to access the call in the next week."

Questions:
I thought that ERHC was on a normal calendar year which would mean their "annual fiscal year" ends in December 31st? Meaning anything considered an "annual report" would come in January?
What type of info would be contained in a 10K?
This is the first "investors conference call" I can remember (been in 6 years) that did not conincide with the end of a quarter or annual report (in January)? 3rd quarter ended sept 30th? I did attend one conference call but if I remember correctly it was bascially to go over financials for previous quarter and was scheduled shortly after quarter ended(March 31st, June 30th, Sept 30th or Dec 31st).
Thoughts anyone?
