Exploratory drilling continues in Block 4 of the Joint Development Zone in which ERHC has a 19.5 percent interest. This is the fourth well drilled since the comprehensive exploration campaign began in late August.
Meanwhile, the team is finishing work on filing the Company's annual 10-K report in the coming weeks. Plans are also underway for an investor conference call at 8 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, December 15th. We expect to have specifics on how to access the call in the next week.

On Tuesday, November 24, 2009, ERHC Energy announced that it was pursuing certain investment opportunities in the Nigeria oil and gas industry. Among the potential investments being considered is the Eremor Marginal Field located in shallow water offshore Nigeria.
