Count, I was not really even thinking about the amount he has been compensated although your post is a good one. I was really just trying to make the point that it is hard to judge Roath's performance as a director, but if things had gone the other way, maybe judge Luckern finds a violation and Nokia signs, all would be good. Since that failed to happen, everything else is now amplified. Kind of like the difference in the locker room of a team on a winning streak and one that just took a bad loss.
