Still I disagree, this dilution is not positive, no matter how you try to spin it. $223 in cash, my guess more shares hit the market soon.

The issuance of shares is not bad for services they are getting!

I never said this is a scam, those are your words, I just said I was told one thing by the CEO just to have the opposite happen. Integrity is a must for penny CEOs, and if they don't have that they dont have anything.IMO
