what i want to know is where is that 2.2 billion O/S count coming from? it has to just be rumor or someones educated guess because there is absolutely no information available anywhere that gives a share structure for this.
thats why if the retired shares are from the A/S it doesnt offer the investors any value nd contradicts the pr. if it is from the O/S, its either much larger than anticipated, or we have alot of off the book trades going on.
till i see the pr stating where and what, ill gamble on air.
if they do indeed go fully reporting to roll into the otcbb shell with mjna, or hell even a symbol change, all shares will have to be accounted for and that could cause alot of MM headaches and this thing to really surge.
or it could just as easily tumble to nothing if everything is unfounded
time will tell all eventually and as i said before i personally feel its worth the risk at this point
