company will never tell you their o/s or a/s at this time... the ta is gagged anyhow... i don't know why people think pink sheet companies are going to report the truth about anything.. they never do.. its good that they 'say' they are seeking an uplisting... sounds good... but until then as far as the true a/s we are in the daaaark... personally, not that my opinion matters, i think the a/s is 10 billion... i think that's what we're going to find out eventually...
