they cannot give anyone any current information regarding share structure

thats why we are all waiting on the pr to inform us the shares have been retired and if they were A/S or O/S

What makes it stranger is a filing for Health Sciences Group, Inc at FL SOS http://www.sunbiz.org/ but the last 8K says- 8-K Oct 20, 2009 Oct 20, 2009 Delaware (State of Incorporation)

You can tell from from chatting with Delaware SOS that they have incorrect info or HESG's State of Incorporation is Florida????
