EVFL has no business. All I noticed in the filing is that they issued another 50 billion shares when they were supposedly buying back shares. LMAO! and they lost a lawsuit in which they paid out $2MM. The good news is they can only issue up to approximately 100 billion shares and I have no doubt they will and then split existing shareholders right out of the picture.
