You can't trust nobody nowadays, it is not shocking that wallstreet and poltics are sleeping in bed. If a ruling ever comes out, I can assure you, there'll be much higher than avg. vol. before the actual release of the ruling to the public. The judge and her associates are not saints, humans are greedy and corrupt. Everyone has a price, if there is enough money involve, they will do it, whether it is telling their family, friends, etc...
