I agree, and hope I am wrong. The great thing about our judical system is that is fair and hears all parties. No doubt FDIC is over stepping here, even she awards 4B, can't the FDIC file an appeal....anyone?

That was WMI's arguement. That statement is not materialize until the judge rules that it is, until then, there are arguments, and we cannot use the statement as it is a fact.
