That changes nothing,

with a 72 billion float on a company with no revenue and lots of debt- who cares if there is a reverse split? Your % of ownership is initially the same after a R/S and you own nothing but debt and the Par value is .00001. Big "D", here we come. Merge it, split it, rename it, no matter what you do- it is going to be worthless, even with a few filling stations in operation. Even a new immigrant can get a couple of filling stations going in the USA.

DM should go into politics. He could help with Health Care Reform along with all the others who are making something into nothing.
