mschere, I did not mean to imply that IDCC anticipates earning $79 million in taxable income next year. They anticipate being able to utilize the carryforward items sometime in the future. Some of it can be this year, next year or 5 years from now. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
The big thing to me is it signals a change in how management and its auditors are viewing its prospects as compared to the past.
