Dr. Diamond left off #7 which SHOULD have stated CMKX certificate holders should continue to just hold their breath waiting to see IF their UCAD certificates EVER arrive in the mail. The present location of these certificates is still unknown as First Global CANNOT or WILLNOT accurately recall exactly how these certificates were sent out.
