The total assets and liabilities listed are in Billions?

I'm gonna need a better diaper. Easy 20 bagger from here. God forbid an analyst picks this up and gives it a positive rating, plus a P/E multiple if they start writing new business.

I hate to be a buzz kill once again after the great earnings number but.........

Having assets greater than the liabilities only demonstrates that if the board decides to sell the company, the mezz equity holders (Cerberus and Mass Mutual) who have a change in control provision will get all of the proceeds (as long as its below $705mm which is the liquidation preference). Then after the $125mm in preferreds are paid do equity holders get anything.

The only hope that equity holders have is that in 6 1/2 years when C and MM's shares are manditorily converted to equity you have a claim.

I'd really like someone the educate me on why they believe the equity is worth anything right now?
