you wonder if she had come down harder on jpm earlier in the game.. i.e. throw down some sanctions, get them to do this do that.. that we wouldn't still be mulling over everything up to now. perhaps jpm/fdic was given too much time to waste and delay.. and now have come up with countless ways of annoying everyone now.
