my uncle has the same problem buying EVFL on scottrade they also won't let him buy XJT or CBIS unless he calls it in. i have zecco and they don't charge as much and they don't charge the extra fee scottrade charges for pinks but zecco don't have any tools like scottrade and i think scottrades execution is better too so depends on your needs i guess. i am only with zecco for the 10 free trades and $4.50 after that otherwise i might not be with them, but in order to get the 10 free trades you have to have $25,000 or more
