Wrong time to get out IMO. For one thing, you need good DD to purchase and you should have good DD to sell. The PR today sounds like it might be a good thing long term. This was never a stock I flipped. Fundimentals that made me buy several times are still intact. Holding.
As I said earlier,put me down in the win-win column too. I am excited about the prospects of the new company and am happy to know that shares will be allocated to the current stockholders. I am curious to know how much of ETC that EXPH will retain and what the management structure will be. A spin off is not that unusual and in many cases is very successful-my surprise is that it is being done this early but we cannot see the picture as JD and staff can see. This shareholder meeting will be very informative and I am eager to hear the news. Has anyone agreed to be our "reporter on the scene" from the meeting and give us a running dialogue?
When I talked to JD last time, he mentioned we will be uplisted sooner than people think. I am not sure if this is what he is referring to
This etc. company split must have been what he was referring to. I think we'll learn more at the annual meeting. Many questions have been raised, and need to be answered. I think any listing of etc. is at least 6 months away, probably more like a year, then everyone will be happy.
