As I said earlier,put me down in the win-win column too. I am
excited about the prospects of the new company and am happy to know that shares will be allocated to the current stockholders.
I am curious to know how much of ETC that EXPH will retain and
what the management structure will be. A spin off is not that
unusual and in many cases is very successful-my surprise is that it is being done this early but we cannot see the picture as JD and staff can see. This shareholder meeting will be very informative and I am eager to hear the news. Has anyone agreed
to be our "reporter on the scene" from the meeting and give us
a running dialogue?
