I think since they are in the greys they aren't required to file anything with the SEC unless they are trying to get relisted. So the lack of an NT-10Q might be a tell that they aren't intending to become current on filings, thus not relisted. But I really hope that isn't the situation. I'm not an SEC lawyer but maybe since they are not required to file anything an NT-10Q is not required, and they can just filed the 10Q when they are ready to go current for listing. I'm just guessing on all of this.
