Absolutely correct in all of that, but let me ask you this. Knowing that when you ask for a building to be built besides the permit you have to submit for approval from many other agencies to build a commercial building, like OSHA for example. If you do not build a building right now and just want a permit to build a PBR, how much less resistance do you think you would have?
I think that there might be some lag time involved with the permits being available for public records, and also this land is leased and that info might fall under the current owner.Permits are tough everywhere and I am sure that CA would most likely be the toughest.As for the older projects you spoke off, one would think that info would be available now. I also think that it going to be a task to be in by the end of the year.
