The searching for permits and questioning didn't just start with Huntington Beach. I've gone as far as contacting the Los Angeles County Dept of Regional Development when I was looking for any evidence that a PBR was going to be built in Leonna Valley. I've contacted the City of North Las Vegas Zoning Administration and the Planning Commission. I've contacted ENTK regarding North Las Vegas as well.

Dennis said himself that dealing with Cities was much harder and time consuming than he expected. I see nothing wrong with following up and checking in on the progress.

For the Record .. I've found no evidence that a PBR is under construction or is a future agenda item anywhere.

People who think Dennis can set up an algae farm without the proper permits or conditional use permits..esp in California I think you are greatly mistaken.

As of right now I am very skeptical that the HUntington Beach Location will be up and running by the end of the year.

I would feel much better about the situation if there was a public record regarding this. Even better if BEHL had a current license in the City of Huntington BEach. There is a process, whether or not you know the council members by name or know the land owner .. that process remains.

We shall see. Don't buy or sell because of what I or anyone else says.
