Bottom line, Goldseeker has no effect as evidenced by the lack of volume. This is a news driven stock, and unfortunately Dr Moro won't reveal anything till it is a done deal. In some respects it is causing frustration and animosity, but since he continues to be "hands on" with everything associated with Biocurex it is IMO taking a bit longer. I have to remind myself that the technology is ground breaking and it requires proper preparations and protocol to get it's launch just right the first time. When you least expect it the news will break. That is why Goldseeker is continuing with the jabs. He knows Dr Moro is about to throw a knockout punch. He knows it's coming.

Goldseeker said, "There would be no royalty payment from Inverness until December 2010. There would be no reason whatsoever for Inverness to effect a product return until 30 days prior to the anniversary of the effective date of the license, or November 4, 2010. "

My understanding is that Inverness will owe Biocurex the royalty payment for this next year unless they initiated a product return before 11/4/2009. Not 2010. It may be true that Biocurex will not receive the payment until Dec. 2010, but the deciding factor has already ocurred.

Are you saying that Inverness has another year to determine whether they allow the royalty payment to take effect?
