Yes, that is how I now understand it. I was thinking it was the same as the Abbott license but it is not. The beginning period of earning the minimum royalty is on December 4, 2009. It will be paid after December 4, 2010. You need to read it carefully.

MCD, more information keeps coming out in each of the revised S1's so in the next revision, maybe the minimum royalty will be spelled out.

I do suggest everyone read the latest S1 entirely. There is a lot more information in it.

Previously, the price per unit was planned to be $5.00 and each unit now contains 70 shares plus 70 warrants. 5.00/70 = just over 7 cents.
