They were. The TA cut the certs and delivered them. Everyone got their divvies, except for some who requested certs. Presumably those certs are in the mail.
The UCAD divvy was distributed some time ago. If the shares paid didn't correspond to the number of shares actually issued, wouldn't Urbie be complaining about fraud by now?
