Crusader: I am keeping up-to-date with buyback info. Thanks for the post. I use the Accumulation/Distribution (Acc/Dist) chart to giveme a measure of the current buybacks. as of 11/16/09 a total of 8.1 B shares have either been retired or bought-back as indicated by the negative value of Acc/Dist.
Just how accurate this is, we won't know until the official
release from EVFL to Pinksheets.com.

word is a buy back and than a R/S.. really, do you think the company is gonna buy back. I don't think it will.

There will definitely be a R/S at some point in time. Without a R/S, the company has to use a lot of money to buy back shares at a very high price - because there are at least more than 1 billion shares held by people who are not willing to sell at 0.0001 or 0.0002.
