Voting early

In Oregon we received our ballots last week. We can mail them or turn them in at ballot drop-off spots (generally libraries and county office buildings) up to 8:00 pm on election day.

OT:: Mandatory voting - not just Oz

The Australian Electoral Commission threatens legal action if you do not register to vote and fines you if you don't. Last election had a 96.7% turn out.
