TrueFLNative: We have a generation of kids in their 20's who have been worshipped by their babyboomer parents. It starts on the soccer field when the kids are very young. Hate to say it, but most of the self-absorbed Gen Y'er's(?) are from upper-middle class white backgrounds. But the problem exists in all economic groups.

Not all 20-somethings are a waste of food. I venture a guess that the majority are wonderful people.

By the way, I give high marks to Asian-American parents. They strive to produce high achieving, motivated, self-disciplined offspring.
