@doose34 - an excellent assessment.....

...... of how this market will probably work. I can tell you have been around investing for a while.

I have come to a similar conclusion and will be selling some ( 1/2 ? my shares) into strength and I see that as happening fairly soon. I will keep the other half ( and I own a lot at .097 ) and be ready to sell depending on price movements after FDA approval.

This sure has been a wild and wooley ride.

I hope ppl here read and heed your post

If a buyout occurs, they are going to low ball Dean for sure. Why would they not?

For one, a buyer can only lowball if there are no other possible buyers.

Your idea is correct if there is only one possible buyer (or all possible buyers are colluding). Do you believe this would be the case?

If it's not the case that there is only one possible buyer in the world for IMGG, then this is a dangerous sort of voodoo conjecture to make.

As for being "overwhelmed with orders," they don't need to be overwhelmed, just to sell a few. There are thousands of hospitals. Just selling to a few is enough to start the ball rolling.

i had over 2 million shares...i sold a million already on run up still holding over a million

NOBODY here is holding for FDA approval if that where the case we would be selling now....we are holding for BUYOUT

we dont believe Dean is actually going to start a production line...he is going to sell the company SOON after FDA approval

Approval/Buyout in 8 days!!! :)

Kimble!

PS: there are ALOT of people on this board with over a million shares they just dont publicize....

" Imaging3 has no money, and has virtually no way to manufacture these on their own. Whoever tries to buy them out will have the upper hand...big time. "

Not true, reference the CC's. Dean has laid the groundwork for production and is ready to proceed immediately if need be. He had to put the pieces in place to do this in order to prevent the very problem you're suggesting faces them, a low-ball offer. They've got space ready at the Burbank facility and agreements ready to go with foreign manufacturer(s), plus the option for licensing with existing manufacturers. They may be facing hurdles, but this shouldn't be one of them.

That said, few here think it's going to come to actual manufacturing. My guess is none of us will be owning IMGG stock in 6 months, probably less, maybe a lot less.
