Your idea is correct if there is only one possible buyer (or all possible buyers are colluding). Do you believe this would be the case?
If it's not the case that there is only one possible buyer in the world for IMGG, then this is a dangerous sort of voodoo conjecture to make.
As for being "overwhelmed with orders," they don't need to be overwhelmed, just to sell a few. There are thousands of hospitals. Just selling to a few is enough to start the ball rolling.
